The Awards Lunch

 

Tickets for the 2008 Awards Lunch at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on November 20 are available now – with the facility to pay by debit/credit card if you wish.

To make a firm booking, please download the Awards Lunch Ticket Booking Form PDF (1.4Mb), fill it out on-screen, save it and e-mail it to the address on the form. Please make a note of the password – katepwa – which protects the completed form in transit. If you prefer to pay by cheque, you will have to print off the completed form and mail it back to us, together with your cheque. If you are not ready to make a firm booking but would like to reserve tickets provisionally, you can do so by filling in the webmail form below and send your payment when convenient. Provisional reservations will be held for up to one month and all provisional bookings must be paid for by November 14 at the latest.

Inclusive of a pre-lunch glass of Champagne, a splendid three-course meal with wine and afternoon tea, tickets cost £72 each for Full Members of the Guild, £110 for Associate Members or £135 for non-members. If booking a party of 10 or 12 people, you will be allocated your own table. However, don't hesitate to come on your own: many do and quickly find themselves among friends.

Tickets are non-refundable; however, should you be unable to attend, the Guild may be able to help you to find a buyer for your ticket/s.

New members of the Guild should note that their application must have been processed by August 31 to qualify for the member tariff. Similarly, existing members must have renewed their annual subscription by August 31 in order to qualify.

 

Awards Lunch Provisional Reservation Form

This form sends an Awards Lunch reservation e-mail to the Guild administrator, Gill Hinton who will make a provisional booking for you.
Your booking will not be confirmed until you pay for your tickets, either by sending a cheque as described above, via BACS/online banking or by completing the credit/debit card payment section of the Ticket Booking Form which can be downloaded here (note the document password: katepwa which protects the completed form in transit) and returned via e-mail (or by post if paying by cheque).
